About
Fukagawa Ramen XBerg was founded by Leonardo Tsubasa Donati, whose father Miki Nozawa trained for over 15 years in Japan and brought Japanese culinary tradition into the family. In the stylish, light-filled space on Prinzessinnenstraße in Kreuzberg, the focus is on refined shio and shoyu ramen — the asari clam ramen, with its clear shio broth, fresh clams, and butter, has become legendary. The Michelin Guide 2026 included the restaurant in its Germany directory as a recommended address — a rare distinction for a Berlin ramen establishment.
