About
Kampai occupies a prime ground-floor space at Worldmark 1, Aerocity — the dining hub closest to Indira Gandhi International Airport. Though Indian-led, the restaurant earned Embassy of Japan certification and routinely draws a clientele that is 80% Japanese, as confirmed by the kitchen team. Fresh seafood is selectively sourced and the kitchen avoids the Indianisation common in casual Asian restaurants. The Aerocity location serves as the flagship for a now two-outlet brand (with a second branch at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj) and has been featured in Outlook Traveller for its 'high-end and authentic' Japanese positioning.
Why it's on Washoku Guide

- Featured in Outlook Traveller as a 'high-end and authentic Japanese eatery'
Indian-owned but Embassy-certified with strong Japanese guest base. Second outlet at DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj (+91 99710 70072).
