About
Tajiri Go opened on 27 May 2024 as the third restaurant in White Rabbit Family's WA Garden Japanese Courtyard at Romanov Dvor. Chef Ilya Amerkhanov — one of the youngest chefs in the WRF alliance — led his team on an intensive research trip to Japan specifically to study the history, philosophy, and practice of Japanese yakiniku, including cattle breeding and wagyu grading. The result is a yakiniku restaurant that adheres to the Japanese format of guest-grilled premium cuts at the table, with a focus on marbled wagyu beef. The restaurant's Instagram handle @tajirigo.moscow tracks the seasonal evolution of its wagyu selection. Opening within the shared WA Garden complex gives guests the option to combine it with AYU and Uchiwa for a full Japanese courtyard evening.
